Assisting the project leader

When having performance problems it can be a challenge for the project leader to structure a process for solving the problems.

Some times this has its roots in a lack of knowledge about a suitable method.

It may also be caused by the project as a whole not having a working knowledge about the techniques required to support a structured approach to solving performance problems.
