Martin Berg Consult ApS was founded in 2005 - just the day before I was entitled to the official present for having been employeed 15 years at Oracle Denmark.
The reason for the change to be a self employeed consultant was to follow the idea that quite a few companies can make use of my competences for a while - but only few will have sufficent needs to fill a permanent position.
The goal was partly to achieve an increased flexility in types of assignments and customers and partly to increase the portion of "exciting" assignments.
In the years gone the mix of customers and jobs has proven that the reasoning behind the change was true and the goals has centainly been achieved.
